Adrift & Jaggy Nettles

October 14, 2020

Adrift & Jaggy Nettles, Production photos of the Citizens Theatre Young Co and WAC Ensemble. Two shows from the start of 2020 just before the pandemic hit us.

Adrift

My dear Cammy, this is the most real experience you’ll ever have. In fact, it’s a matter of life and death.

In her new play, former Young Co. member Catriona McNicoll takes her audience on a wild and exciting journey which proves to be as deep and as mysterious as the ocean itself. Adrift will make you wonder if this is all real, or if it’s just inside your head.

Whatever Happened to the Jaggy Nettles?

We’re a punk band. A politically motivated Marxist punk band that want tae bring doun the rich by any means necessary!

performed by the Citizens Theatre’s WAC Ensemble, Scotland’s first care experienced theatre company. The company aged 18 – 26 have been working with the Citizens Theatre to create this riotous and rowdy new play written by Martin Travers and directed by Guy Hollands, with brand new punk-inspired songs performed live on stage.
